My name is Wes. I'm a Software Engineer and have been building web applications since 2015. I believe that technology can have a positive impact on our daily lives and love building impactful products.
About Me
I started my journey in tech at Lock Haven University. I was an Accounting major and some friends had talked me into trying out Computer Science. So I gave it a shot and ended up finding my true passion. I love being able to create something valuable from just an idea. I interned at and Agricultural Tech company called AgIntegrated, and started working there immediately after graduating in May 2015. Coming from a small and rural area, I found a lot of interest within the Ag Tech space. After working as a Junior Engineer for a short time, I was promoted to Senior Engineer I at AgIntegrated. After over 6 years of experience there, I started working at an early stage Healthcare Tech startup called Rotera. Learning about the Healthcare tech space has been very enlightening to so many opportunities for improvement.\n\nI'm very passionate about learning new things, creating awesome software, and transparency. Software is a huge part of the world and how we interact with it and it can be such an amazing tool.
